The Green Condo/Co-op Initiative's (GCCI) mission is to enable owners and management teams to adopt more sustainable practices to reduce operating costs and lessen the environmental impact of condominiums and co-ops through education and advocacy.
GCCI is a 100% volunteer organization comprised of condominium and co-op owners supported by the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia.
